After we’ve outlined the project’s parameters, I will provide a detailed, complimentary quote that includes the estimated budget and scope of work. To ensure all aspects are covered, I facilitate virtual meetings with the necessary parties (e.g., architect, engineer, interior designer) to refine the plan. Any adjustments to the budget or scope resulting from these meetings will be included free of charge.

As the general contractor, I will oversee all aspects of the project—from scheduling and managing the crew to sourcing materials and coordinating with trades. I handle the day-to-day operations to ensure the project stays on track and on budget. Throughout the process, I will maintain open lines of communication with you, providing regular updates and hosting progress meetings to ensure everything aligns with your expectations.

Upon completion, we will schedule a final meeting to walk through the project. I will provide instructions on any technical aspects of the build (e.g., how systems work), offer professional advice on maintenance, and address any warranty-related concerns. This is also the time to resolve any final questions or minor deficiencies.
