Process
Initial Consultation (In-Person & On-Site)
We begin with a meet-and-greet consultation where we discuss your specific needs and goals for the project. During this meeting, I will take necessary measurements and provide my professional assessment of the project’s feasibility. My focus is on offering honest, straightforward advice while ensuring I listen carefully to your expectations.
Complimentary Quote
Following our initial meeting, I will provide a free, no-obligation quote outlining the
estimated budget and scope of work. This gives you a clear understanding of the potential costs and details for the project.
Review of Quote (Virtual or In-Person)
We will schedule a follow-up meeting—either virtually or in person—to review the quote. During this discussion, I will answer any questions and, if needed, make free modifications to the scope of work to adjust the budget or better align with your needs.
Contract Development
Once the scope of work and budget are finalized, we will draft a formal contract. This contract will clearly outline the agreed-upon scope of work, payment structure, timelines, inclusions and exclusions, and other important details. A deposit will be required upon signing, with the deposit amount specified in the contract based on the scope of work.
Project Execution & Ongoing Communication
As the general contractor, I will oversee the project from start to finish, coordinating any necessary trades as outlined in the contract. Throughout the process, I maintain continuous communication with you to ensure that everything is progressing as planned and that you are satisfied with the work being done.
